We are home from tour. Everything went great. We are just trying to settle back into our lives here. Thanks to everyone who helped us out on this trip. Especially Felix/Paper and Iron, Mike and Violent Breakfast from Pisa, Sergio from Barcelona, and Jirka and Martin from Brno. This tour wouldnt have been the same without you guys.
In other news there is a new Out_Circuit record out. Andy from our band played with them long before us, and appears on this record. You can check it out and buy it here.
Also... some other bands with Haram members are playing shows this weekend. Pygmy Lush is playing at the radio station in College Park and The Shirks are playing at Galaxy Hut. Both are on Sunday so you may have to drive really fast to catch both shows.

Hey just a quick update. Were are busy working on a new record. Since our last show we have added 2 new members. Kevin Longendyke and Ben Tankersley are adding more guitar and baritone guitar. No show planned for now but once we have a few more songs we will start playing again.

Got back from the FEST V this weekend. We had a lot of fun. We are going to take some time off playing shows for a while so we can write a new record. There are a few new things on the website. 1- I updated the past shows page. 2- We have some new stuff for sale. Most of the stuff is leftovers from our european tour.

Were home. The tour went great. Took much to talk about but I would like to thank all the people that helped out. Especially Felix-Paper&Iron, Robert-Adagio830, Neils-SelmaTravels, Kaospilot, Aussitot Mort, The Redneck Manifesto, Perth Express, and of course Brian-Lovitt Recs. We are all happy to be home and back with our families/friends. The only couple shows we have planned are the Fest V in Gainville and shows to and from there. Hopefully in the next couple months we will finish up a new record and go from there.

We will be getting on a plane tomorrow headed for Iceland, then on to the rest of our European tour. Looks like its going to be a good one. I dont think I have even realized I'm leaving yet. Too much stuff to get done in the meantime. So for the next five weeks we will be kind of hard to get in touch with. I will be checking out email and myspace stuff but I'm sure it will not be everyday. Looking forward to running into a lot of old friends and making up for previous European disasters.

Wanted to start by saying I feel like crap we didn’t make our show in Richmond on the 31st. We blew a tire on the way that messed up other stuff relating to the wheel (very technical). Despite the best efforts of our friends, we never could make it. Hope to make it back to Richmond soon.
We are heading out for our first full US tour in 2 weeks. I don’t know how it came around so quickly. Starting with our show at the Galaxy Hut on the 25th of this month, we’ll have our new cd to sell. If you can't make it to one of the shows, you can get it from Lovitt Records soon enough.

Lots of good news. Looks like we will be getting back some copies of our record soon. So it will most definately be available by its release date, sometime in late february.
We will be heading out for a five week tour starting february 23rd. If you want to see us play in your town please email our friend jason who is booking the tour for us. Looks like we may be headed to europe sometime in the coming year as well.

We are playing a rad show on the 25th of this month. Its at the Black Cat with Jello Biafra and the Melvins. We are super excited about this show and it will be our first show with our new bass player, Jeff Kane.
Also, we will have the mastered copy of our record this week. So look for some new tunes here soon.

So looks like things are moving forward now. We are excited to say that the record we just recorded will be coming out on Lovitt Records and Fuck It Tapes sometime early next year. Once we get a mastered copy back we should have a song up here. Speaking of Lovitt I screened a poster for their 10 year anniversary show which you can get HERE.

We played Philly 2 nights ago and it was absolutely rad. Thanks to R5 Productions for putting us on that show, and to the sound guy for making it so loud. In the next few weeks we have some really fun shows coming up that everyone should be at.

Hey and welcome to Haram's website. I am just getting started building this so I appreciate any help you all could give me letting me know if everything works right. I guess since this is the first news thing ever I should do some sort of introduction. We are a band made up of Mike Taylor(guitar) Kevin Lamiell(bass) Andy Gale(drums) and me Matt Michel(guitar and vocals). You may know some of us from other bands but this is something totally new and fun for us.

Keep checking back frequently because soon enough we should have some music and other info up here.
